Mouthfill charge

The mouthfill is a technique, invented by Eric Fattah, that has revolutionized the world of freediving. Essentialy a simple maneuver, accessible to all freedivers. It became famous for allowing the freediver to reach significant depths. Its true strength is allowing you to dive safeguarding the lungs and reducing drastically, or even taking out problems of squeeze and pulmonary edema.
In this technique, the first step is to charge the oropharynx and nasopharynx, with air as much as possible.

In this video you will find a simple test that allows you to check if your charge is effective or you still have room for improvement
